Mandatory Technical Skills :

- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) - strong hands-on experience.
- BeanShell - extensive hands-on coding experience.
- Java - strong programming and debugging skills.
- SailPoint customization and configuration.
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Workflow development and customization.
- Rules, forms, workflows, lifecycle events, and provisioning.
- SailPoint integrations with enterprise applications.
- Troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex BeanShell rules, workflows, and customizations.
- Write and troubleshoot Java-based custom code and integrations.
- Work on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, certification, and governance processes.




- Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and lifecycle events.
- Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise applications and systems.
- Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions for complex SailPoint implementations.
- Participate in architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure development follows quality and security standards.

Interview Process :

- The selection process will include 3 technical interview rounds, including :
- SailPoint technical and implementation discussion.
- Advanced technical / architecture discussion.
- Live coding round - screen sharing required, focused on Java and BeanShell.
