We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and ensuring successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and internal databases.
- Conduct cold calling and headhunting to identify active and passive candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, notice period and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer management and joining follow-ups.
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,
MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search and headhunting skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and candidate outreach.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented recruitment setting.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
Preferred: Candidates who have experience handling technical/niche IT hiring along with Sales, Operations, BFSI/Insurance or other Non-IT requirements will be preferred. Pay: ₹13,266.70 - ₹49,608.64 per month
