We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with experience leading a QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, test automation, and exposure to Artificial Intelligence. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a key role in driving software quality, leading testing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of QA engineers responsible for the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans covering all functional areas of testing.
- Set up required test beds, including hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Execute assigned test cases (manual and/or automated) to validate software releases.
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
- Leverage AI for efficient test planning and complete automation of testing
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using appropriate bug tracking tools.
- Provide feedback on product quality, acting as a gatekeeper for all our products.




- Collaborate with the DevOps team to drive adoption of best practices for software quality within the development process.
- Stay updated on popular testing tools and best practices for software quality.
- Develop a broader knowledge of products and solutions to assist in pre-sales scenarios and solutioning.

Skills and Experience:

- 8-10 years in a Software Engineering team, with 5+ years in a Quality Assurance role.
- 5+ years of experience testing software applications across various platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing techniques.
- Proficiency in automated testing using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete, Protractor, Appium, Cucumber.
- Experience testing APIs for functionality and performance, using tools like Postman
- Robust knowledge of SQL, scripting, and data analysis.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence-based tools and frameworks for test planning and automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies/tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices is desirable.
- Experience with test-driven and behavior-driven development methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
