Role & responsibilities

- Scheduling Prepare and manage the Daily Inspection Schedule for production batches.
- Technical Review Read and interpret technical drawings to verify precision steel item specs.
- Pre-Production Conduct initial checks and prepare Pre-Production Reports.
- Process Monitoring Oversee quality during production of precision steel items on CNC Machines.
- Equipment Check Verify and utilize various test equipment common in the metal industry.
- In-Process Audit Perform dimensional checks on items currently being machined.
- Post-Production Execute final inspections and prepare Post-Production Reports.
- Documentation Update quality logs using Excel and Word to track daily pass/fail rates.




- Communication Coordinate with the production team regarding CNC machining defects

Location: - Navi Mumbai, Nerul

Department: Quality

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Preferable experience in a mechanical manufacturing.

Working - 6 days working (2 nd sat off)
