Position: QA Tester

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Marol, Andheri, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days in the office.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual testing, API testing, SQL, and defect tracking while working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications by identifying bugs, improving testing processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and use cases for feasibility and testability
- Prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Execute different levels of testing including Functional, System, API, Regression, and UAT testing
- Identify, log, track, and report software defects effectively
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Validate APIs and database-level testing using SQL queries




- Ensure product quality throughout the Agile development lifecycle • Maintain proper QA documentation and testing reports
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions
- Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing or QA role
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and API Testing
- Good knowledge of SQL queries and database validation
- Experience with tools like Jira and GitHub
- Basic understanding of Agile methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Selenium automation testing will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of PHP/Laravel is preferred but not mandatory
- Exposure to FinTech/NBFC domain will be a plus
