Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager Interior role based in Jalgaon.

The Senior Project Manager

Interior oversees end-to-end management of interior projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities include supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards and compliance with design specifications, monitoring progress, and resolving issues that may affect timelines or budgets. The role involves managing procurement and expediting of materials, organizing inspections, handling logistics, and preparing regular status reports.

Interior is expected to lead project teams, support protected work practices, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
- Inspection skills to ensure quality control, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards
- Logistics Management skills to oversee material handling, transportation, and site inventory
- Proven experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to work on-site in Jalgaon and Maharashtra, Gujarat also and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
