Role Description The Senior Project Manager for Canada opportunities will lead end-to-end project delivery for immigration and visa consulting assignments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Canada and involves planning project timelines, coordinating with consultants, expeditors, and external partners, and ensuring that client files progress efficiently through all stages of the process.

The role includes monitoring project milestones, managing risks, overseeing documentation quality, and aligning project activities with Canadian immigration guidelines and client requirements.

The Senior Project

Manager will collaborate with leadership to improve processes, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high standards of client communication and satisfaction. The position also requires mentoring project teams,



reporting on project status, and supporting business growth initiatives related to Canada immigration services.

Qualifications

- Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Expediting and Expeditor skills to accelerate workflows, manage priorities, and ensure timely completion of immigration and visa-related tasks.
- Inspection experience to review documentation, verify accuracy, and maintain compliance with relevant immigration policies and internal quality standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate information flow, manage schedules, and synchronize activities between clients, consultants, and external authorities.
- Proven experience in immigration, consulting, or skilled services environments, preferably with exposure to Canadian processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team mentoring, stakeholder management, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered service.
