Role Description The Senior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees project schedules, coordinates with expediting and logistics teams, and ensures timely delivery of materials, documentation, and services to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities include tracking project progress, resolving coordination issues between internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting inspections and quality checks as required.

The Senior Project

Coordinator will prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and escalate risks or delays to project management.



The role also involves optimizing workflows, supporting continuous improvement in expediting and logistics processes, and contributing to client communication regarding project updates.

Qualifications

- Experience in expediting and expeditor functions, ensuring timely delivery of project materials and documentation.
- Project Scheduling Such as Primavera 6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control in construction or engineering projects.
- Skills in logistics management, including tracking shipments, coordinating with vendors, and managing documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in a project coordination or similar role within construction, EPC, or consulting environments.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, and strong MS Office skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
