Job Summary

- SAP delivery experience with leadership of complex cutovers, migrations or deployment waves.

- Solid knowledge of data migration, system refresh/transports, interfaces, testing, business validation and operational readiness.

- Advanced planning, dependency management, command-center and executive reporting skills.

- Ability to remain structured and decisive under time-critical conditions.

- Availability for the Offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

- Define cutover strategy, governance, entry/exit criteria, command-center model and rollback/contingency approach.

- Build and maintain the integrated cutover plan covering data, technical, functional, security, interfaces, business activities and communications.

- Coordinate mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, timing validation, resource assignments and dependency resolution.

Skill Requirements
