Responsibilities

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered B2B products.

- Drive end-to-end product development from discovery and prioritization to execution, launch, and post-launch optimization.

- Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to build scalable and impactful products.

- Translate complex customer, business, and technical requirements into clear product solutions.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that create measurable business and customer impact.

- Define product success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.

- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, and identify opportunities to apply them to product offerings.

- Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to make effective product decisions.

Requirements

- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and execution.





- Minimum 3 years of experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products.

- Minimum 3 years of experience working on B2B products.

- Solid technical background.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.

- Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.

- Experience working at leading product companies and/or strong academic credentials from top-tier engineering institutions is preferred.

- Exposure to GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, or AI platform products is highly desirable.

- Experience launching AI-powered products or features in production environments is a plus.

- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
