Role Description The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and optimization of immigration and visa service offerings, ensuring they align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. This full time, on-site role in Canada involves defining product strategy, translating market and customer insights into clear requirements, and collaborating with operations, marketing, sales, and technology teams to deliver and refine service packages.

The Senior Product

Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, prioritize feature enhancements, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements to client-facing processes and digital tools. The role also includes stakeholder management, competitive analysis, risk assessment,



and supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations for growth and innovation in immigration consulting services.

Qualifications

- Ability to define product vision and strategy for service-based offerings, including roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Strong skills in market research, customer needs analysis, and data interpretation to guide product decisions.
- Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including launch, iteration, and retirement of services or solutions.
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and alignment with operations, marketing, and sales teams.
- Knowledge of immigration or professional services domains, or experience in regulated service environments, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using metrics and KPIs to measure success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, mentoring or guiding junior team members, and managing complex projects to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
