Qualifications and Skills

- B.Des / M. Des / equivalent course in Design

- Must have 3+ years of experience with a robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design skills

- Leadership - Have experience leading a team of 2 or more designers





- Thought Process - The ability to zoom in zoom out based on the context

- Craftsmanship - Bring interactive ideas to life that demonstrate a high level of visual composition, interactive usability, and creative problem-solving

- Presentation, Communication Storytelling - Present and explain interactive designs to both internal and client-facing teams in a thoughtful manner, sharing your insights rationale compellingly

- Process Innovation - Participate in multidisciplinary teamwork with Product Managers, Visual Designers and Technologists to bring phenomenal experiences to life

- User Testing Documenting - Partner with the product team to test concepts, assess product-market fit and share prototype experiences

- Systems Thinking - Can think at all layers, from product (system) design, to interaction, to beautiful pixels
