Most AI today lives behind someone else's API, on someone else's cloud. We build the alternative: our own models, our own infrastructure, our own deployment layer, so the people and institutions that use our AI actually own it. On top of that same stack, we're building a consumer product for millions of everyday users. Model to infrastructure to product, end to end, is something only a handful of companies in the world are doing. We're one of them, and we're past the earliest stage now.

The product is live, and we're moving into growth. Which means the design of what we build next matters more than it ever has, and right now, nobody owns it. We need someone in the seat, fast.

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer. Urgently.

What you'll own

- The full design of our consumer product, end to end: the kind of daily-use, obsessively-crafted experience people come back to without thinking about why
- The design of our enterprise and B2B surfaces: API platforms, dashboards, developer tools, where the bar is trust and clarity, not just delight
- Every design decision a growth-stage company needs made, from product thinking down to the pixel, with no one else to hand it off to yet

Who you are

- You've designed global, category-defining products:



the kind of software used daily by millions, where every small decision was clearly deliberate
- You understand both sides of this business: consumer products that feel effortless, and enterprise/B2B products that need to earn trust from technical, often skeptical buyers
- You understand AI in depth, not as a chat box on a screen, but as a new material with its own grain: latency, uncertainty, trust, and interaction patterns still being invented
- You understand engineering well enough to spot friction and push for the fix, not just flag it
- You're an experienced, senior operator who can own a product end to end without a lot of hand-holding, and who's comfortable being the only design voice in the room until the team grows around you
- You move rapid in a fast-changing, growth-stage environment
