Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for HV electrical equipment, materials, and systems.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

- Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and conduct technical and commercial comparisons.

- Coordinate with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and project requirements.

- Review vendor offers, technical documents, and compliance with specifications.

- Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery schedules, payment terms, and commercial conditions.

- Issue and manage purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.

- Track procurement status, lead times, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with vendors, project teams, stores, quality, and finance departments.

- Resolve procurement-related issues and ensure uninterrupted material availability.

- Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.

- Support cost optimization and supplier performance improvement initiatives.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HV electrical equipment and materials.

- Experience in procurement/sourcing within the electrical, power, EPC, or infrastructure industry.

- Good understanding of technical specifications, BOQs, RFQs, and vendor quotations.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Ability to perform technical and commercial bid comparisons.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and procurement-related systems.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3–6 years

- Locations: Ahmedabad / Gurugram

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

- Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
