About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to oversee procurement activities and ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and services required for smooth plant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain coordination skills with experience in manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and spare parts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams to maintain inventory levels.
- Identify and evaluate current suppliers to improve quality and cost efficiency.




- Monitor market trends and material price fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Track procurement performance and prepare MIS reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in purchase and procurement functions in manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of vendor development, sourcing, and inventory management.
- Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Experience in solar, plastics, cables, electrical, FMCG, or process manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
