Role Description The Senior Plant Manager For Canada Opportunities will oversee end-to-end plant operations for a manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards. This is a full-time, in office role based in Canada , responsible for managing daily plant activities, supervising production teams, and optimizing resource utilization.

The role involves developing and implementing production plans, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

The Senior Plant

Manager will coordinate with cross-functional departments, maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and contribute to strategic planning for plant expansion and process enhancements. The position also includes mentoring team members, resolving operational issues,

Qualifications
