We are looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with robust expertise in PeopleSoft Technical Development, Production Support, Integrations, Testing, and Automation using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM applications, while driving automated regression testing initiatives using PTF.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM applications.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft components using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Create reports using BI Publisher, PS Query, and SQL.
- Work closely with functional teams, QA teams, business users, and stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.
- Participate in enhancements, upgrades, support projects, and application maintenance.

PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
- Create, maintain, and execute PTF test scripts.
- Record, edit, parameterize, and automate test cases.




- Design reusable test libraries and automation components.
- Manage test data and environment-specific variables.
- Troubleshoot PTF execution and playback issues.
- Maintain automated regression test suites after application changes.
- Support testing activities during PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) cycles.
- Coordinate testing activities with QA, functional, and technical teams.
- Produce test evidence, execution reports, and defect documentation.
- Identify automation opportunities across FSCM and/or HCM business processes.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Technical experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) experience OR involvement in at least 2 PTF implementation projects.
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support projects.
- Experience working in complex PeopleSoft environments involving customizations, integrations, batch processing, and reporting.
- Experience collaborating with functional teams to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Experience in regression testing, automated testing, release validation, and defect management.
