Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in e commerce and performance marketing to manage, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on driving measurable results for e-commerce brands through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels, ensuring campaigns deliver solid ROI. You will work closely with the internal marketing team and clients to translate business and e-commerce goals into high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms for e-commerce and D2C brands.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to ensure maximum ROI and ROAS.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance for online stores and product-led campaigns.

Track, measure, and report on KPIs including conversions, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and sales performance.





Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and high-converting landing pages/product pages.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing, paid media, and performance advertising.

Manage campaign budgets efficiently and suggest improvements to scale profitable e-commerce campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience managing e-commerce performance campaigns.

Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, especially for online sales and conversion-focused campaigns.

Solid understanding of SEM, PPC, retargeting, conversion rate optimization, and funnel-based e-commerce strategies.

Strong analytical skills with experience in improving ROAS and overall e-commerce performance.

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
