Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Developer to support the Solventum FSD Integration and Rockford SPARK Paperless/BID initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technical development experience, with solid expertise in JDE E1 9.2, application development, integrations, change management, deployment, and production support.

This role requires a senior technical professional who can independently manage the complete E1 development lifecycle, provide technical leadership, collaborate with functional and technical teams, and deliver scalable and reliable solutions from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 technical development activities across project and enhancement initiatives.
- Manage the complete E1 application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, integration teams, infrastructure teams, and project management to define appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance JD Edwards solutions using Business Functions (BSFN), Business Services (BSSV), Real-Time Events (RTEs), and other EnterpriseOne development tools.
- Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations,



including integrations leveraging Java Adapters and JDE integration technologies.
- Develop and support JD Edwards Orchestrator solutions, Mobile Applications, One View Reporting, CafeOne, and related EnterpriseOne capabilities.
- Define and follow E1 development standards, coding practices, change management processes, deployment procedures, and release-management controls.
- Coordinate technical changes and deployments across development, testing, QA, and production environments.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including:

- Technical design specifications

- Integration designs

- Development standards

- Deployment and implementation procedures
- Change-management documentation
- Production-support documentation
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Evaluate enhancement and change requests and recommend appropriate technical solutions based on business requirements and platform capabilities.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, issues, and constraints and communicate them effectively to the Project Management Office (PMO) and key stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing activities, release planning, and production-readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other JDE developers where required.
- Support production incidents and ensure timely resolution of technical issues affecting business operations.

Required Skills & Experience




- 12+ years of hands-on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development experience.
- 5+ years of strong technical expertise with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 and recent E1 releases.
- 8+ years of extensive experience with the JDE EnterpriseOne Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Business Functions (BSFN)

- Business Services (BSSV)
- Real-Time Events (RTEs)

- Java Adapters

- Enterprise integrations
- JDE development and deployment toolsets
- 3 to 5 years of strong experience with E1 Change Management, development standards, package deployment, release coordination, and production migrations.
- Experience designing and supporting integrations between JD Edwards and external enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis capabilities.
- Experience documenting technical architecture, design specifications, deployment procedures, and integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development, integration patterns, and production-support processes.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical deliverables.

Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with CreateForm tools.
- Experience working on large-scale ERP integration, modernization, digital transformation, or paperless manufacturing initiatives.
- Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise-wide JD Edwards environments.
- Previous experience serving as a Lead JDE Developer or Technical Lead.
- Experience working with geographically distributed/onshore-offshore delivery teams.
