Description:

- To perform sampling and analysis of water (Chemical and Microbiological testing) and record the relevant data
- To perform microbiological environmental monitoring of the clean area
- To perform Microbiological limit test/method suitability testing of Microbial Limit test
- Preparation of culture media and performance of quality testing of prepared media
- To perform all the activities as per the approved specification/STPs/SOPs
- To perform microbiological testing as per the approved Validation / Qualification protocol
- To report any OOS/OOC/OOT/OOAL results to the immediate supervisor /Head of the department
- To perform daily Verification /Calibration of the microbiology laboratory instrument
- To prepare and standardise volumetric solutions /reagents and maintain their records




- To perform all activities in compliance to cGMP / GLP and maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions in the microbiology laboratory
- To perform sampling and analysis of Raw material (Chemical and microbiological testing) and record relevant data
- To perform the analysis of finished product, in-process and stability samples as per SOP/STP/specification/ protocol/pharmacopoeias requirement as applicable.
- Destruction of samples that are unused/left-over quantity after analysis as per the respective SOP.
