Key areas of responsibility include:

- Leading NetSuite accounting engagements across discovery, design, configuration, testing, and delivery
- Serving as the accounting authority on client engagements
- Diagnosing accounting issues and identifying root causes across workflows, entity structures, and transaction design
- Translating accounting and business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations
- Working directly with CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance leaders
- Coordinating developers and technical resources when customizations or integrations are needed
- Improving accounting processes through better system design rather than manual workarounds
- Ensuring deliverables are accurate, auditable, and aligned with accounting standards
- Supporting a growing accounting practice with strong client demand

Ideal background

- Strong accounting foundation, ideally from Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior finance roles
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration experience
- Strong accounting backgrounds( MANDATORY )
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, close processes,



GL architecture, and transaction flow
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany structures, and consolidations
- Hands-on experience with advanced NetSuite areas such as ARM, SuiteBilling, ZoneBilling, SuiteTax, inventory, costing, integrations, or reporting
- CPA, NetSuite certification, or equivalent credentials preferred
- Comfort operating independently in a consulting, project-based, or client-facing workplace
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior finance stakeholders
- Experience using AI or advanced tools to improve analysis, reporting, workflows, or diagnostics is a plus
