Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace & Governance Lead to provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Corporate Intranet, Power Platform, and Digital Workplace Governance.

The ideal candidate will lead SharePoint modernization initiatives, drive migration projects, establish governance standards, support Power Platform enablement, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance employee productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Microsoft 365 collaboration and digital workplace initiatives.
- Design and manage SharePoint Online architecture, information architecture, metadata, permissions, and document management solutions.
- Drive intranet modernization and user experience improvements.
- Lead migrations from legacy repositories and file shares to SharePoint Online.
- Establish and enforce Microsoft 365 governance standards.
- Provide guidance on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform governance.
- Support Microsoft Teams governance, collaboration models, and adoption.
- Drive digital workplace adoption, service improvements, and Copilot readiness.
- Partner with business, compliance, cybersecurity, and IT teams to ensure secure and compliant collaboration environments.

Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Digital Workplace, or Collaboration Platforms.
- Proven experience in SharePoint migrations, governance, and modernization initiatives.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
