We are looking for an accomplished US Tax professional to join a growing global Tax practice in a senior leadership capacity.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Corporate and Partnership Tax, along with robust exposure to Corporate and Individual Tax, who enjoys combining technical tax leadership, client advisory, engagement management and people development .

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex US Tax compliance and advisory engagements across multiple clients and industries

• Provide advisory support across Partnership, Corporate, Individual, Trust & Estate Tax

• Lead/final review of Federal, State, Local and Foreign tax returns , estimated payments and extensions

• Provide technical leadership on complex US tax matters and identify tax planning & advisory opportunities

• Own client engagements including scope, delivery, billing, realization and collections

- Build and manage strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders

• Mentor and develop Managers,



Seniors and Staff across technical and engagement-management capabilities

- Drive process improvements and leverage technology to improve quality and efficiency

• Contribute to business development, client expansion and new business opportunities

? What We’re Looking For

✔ 8- 10+ years of experience in US Taxation

✔ Strong expertise in Partnership Tax , along with Corporate & Individual Tax exposure

✔ EA (Enrolled Agent) certification – Mandatory

✔ US CPA / CA (ICAI) – Preferred

✔ Minimum 2+ years of team leadership / people management experience

✔ Prior experience with a US CPA / Public Accounting / Professional Services firm preferred

✔ Experience handling large, multi-state and internationally active middle-market clients would be advantageous

✔ Strong client relationship, engagement management and advisory capabilities

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
