Experience in governance cadences, including QBRs, MBRs, and transformation roadmaps.
Comprehensive understanding of SLA frameworks and proven ability to manage escalations.
Hands-on experience in technology-driven and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, including at least one transformation project delivering measurable business value.
Ability to track and analyze KPIs, provide actionable insights, and drive informed decision-making.
Must Have Skills Graduate / Post Graduate and APICS Certified with 20-22 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with BPM experience, managing global clients
Experience of different industry segments is an added advantage.
Robust domain knowledge in Q2C, Logistics Planning, and GTM.
