As the Senior Manager - Risk & Compliance, you will act as the deputy to the General Manager - Compliance, lead teams, influence risk strategy, and help build a world-class compliance capability supporting an Australian-regulated business.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as deputy to the General Manager - Compliance.
- Lead Compliance Managers and Analysts.
- Own compliance portfolios, controls, evidence, and reporting.
- Drive risk assessments and monitoring strategies.
- Review incidents, breaches, and regulatory matters.
- Challenge business decisions where compliance risks exist.




- Build stakeholder relationships across India, Australia, and other regions.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory preparedness.

Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of Compliance, Risk, Governance, or Audit experience.
- Minimum 2+ years leading compliance or risk teams.
- Experience creating and managing compliance frameworks and monitoring programs.
- Strong experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to influence, challenge, and make risk-based decisions.
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, FinTech, Energy, or other regulated industries.
