Job Responsibilities

· Lead sales activities for one or more real estate projects.

· Drive achievement of revenue, booking, and inventory targets.

· Manage and mentor Sales Managers and the wider sales team.

· Develop project-wise sales strategies based on market conditions and inventory.

· Build and manage strong channel-partner and broker relationships.

· Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, inventory movement, and revenue forecasts.

· Work closely with Marketing to develop lead-generation and sales campaigns.

· Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, customer demand, and project positioning.

· Handle high-value customers and strategic negotiations.

· Review team performance and implement corrective actions where required.





· Present sales performance and forecasts to senior management.

· Should be apt for closures.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate/MBA preferred.

· 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales.

· Robust experience in team management and project sales.

· Proven track record in achieving revenue and booking targets.

· Strong market knowledge and channel-partner network.

· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
