Job Summary: The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the Quality function, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across projects. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in quality management within the construction industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality strategies, systems, and processes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor the Quality team across projects to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Establish and monitor quality control and assurance procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, specifications, codes, and organizational procedures.
- Collaborate with Project, Engineering, Contracts, and other cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Review and monitor quality KPIs, inspection reports, NCRs, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct regular quality audits and ensure timely closure of observations and non-conformities.




- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Support project teams in maintaining quality documentation, inspection plans, method statements, and quality records.
- Promote a strong quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 12–15 years of overall experience in Quality , preferably within the real estate/construction industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role .
- Robust knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Assurance, and Quality Control processes.
- Good understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and leading large Quality teams will be an advantage.
- Six Sigma / Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
