Sr. Manager – MEP

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – MEP to lead and manage MEP services across high-rise, plotted development, and warehousing projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination capabilities, and sound knowledge of costing and quantity management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage MEP services, with primary responsibility for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems across projects.
- Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Manage MEP execution for high-rise projects, plotted developments, and warehousing projects.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Civil, Design, Procurement, Project Management, Billing, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure proper integration and coordination between various MEP disciplines and other project services.
- Review BOQs, quantities, estimates, costing, and material requirements for MEP works.
- Monitor project costs and support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely resolution of technical and execution-related issues.




- Monitor quality, progress, and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Identify design clashes and coordinate for timely resolution to avoid delays and rework.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and ensure effective implementation of MEP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant MEP discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in MEP execution and project management, preferably in real estate/construction.
- Strong hands-on experience in Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proven experience in high-rise projects; exposure to plotted developments and warehousing is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of MEP costing, BOQ, quantity estimation, and material planning.
- Excellent interdepartmental and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities effectively.
