We’re hiring: Senior HR Manager | Zero to 1

We’re looking for a Senior HR Manager (5–8 years experience) to help us build the team and culture at Zero to 1 as we scale.

This is a hands-on role with a clear path to becoming an Executive HR leader for the organization .

What you’ll own

- Lead hiring across technology, product, AI/data and business roles
- Build a strong and consistent recruiting engine while maintaining a high talent bar
- Own onboarding, employee engagement and core people processes
- Help shape performance management, career development and manager practices
- Work closely with the founders and leadership team on organization and culture

What we’re looking for

- 5–8 years of HR experience, with significant ownership of recruiting and talent




- Robust preference for experience in technology companies/startups
- Ability to assess high-quality technology and product talent
- Comfortable building processes from the ground up and operating hands-on
- Strong judgment, communication and ability to work with senior leaders
