The Senior Manager Finishing is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all finishing works across commercial IT park projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The role requires close coordination with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, procurement, leasing, and internal stakeholders to deliver premium Grade-A commercial developments in line with client quality standards

- Candidate must have experience in execution of finishing works for large-scale commercial real estate projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role handling Grade-A commercial office buildings or IT park developments.
- Experience in premium commercial fit-outs and high-rise developments (Commercial IT parks) will be preferred.
