Knack RCM is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Employee Relations (ER) to lead employee relations initiatives, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies. This role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage employee relations programs across business units.

Investigate and resolve employee grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Provide expert guidance on disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and conflict resolution.

Analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive interventions.

Drive policy development, communication, and implementation.

Support organizational change management and workforce transformation initiatives.

Manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.





Conduct training sessions for managers on employee relations best practices and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

12+ years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to Employee Relations.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

Proven experience handling investigations, conflict resolution, and employee grievance management.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience supporting multi-location operations.
