About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale Fitspire’s e-commerce business across marketplaces and D2C channels. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketplace management, revenue growth, performance analytics, catalog management, and e-commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the overall e-commerce business strategy and revenue growth.
- Manage and scale marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including GMV, sales, conversion rate, ROAS, traffic, margins, and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies for sales growth, pricing, promotions, and product visibility.
- Oversee product listings, catalog management, content, keywords, images, and marketplace compliance.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, offers, deals, and promotional activities.
- Analyse sales, customer, inventory, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Creative teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate to ensure product availability and avoid stock-outs.




- Track competitor pricing, promotions, assortment, and market trends.
- Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and business insights for management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve marketplace performance and profitability.
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of relevant experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other major marketplaces.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, cataloguing, pricing, promotions, inventory, and advertising.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
- Experience working with e-commerce dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C/start-up environment.
- Experience in FMCG, Health & Wellness, Nutrition, Beauty, or D2C brands will be an advantage.
