Role &

- Responsibilities:

- GFC Drawings: Prepare and review GFC drawings with 100% compliance to approved designs, statutory norms, technical standards, and project timelines.

- BOQ &
- Cost Management: Prepare accurate BOQs within agreed timelines, maintaining cost variance within 5% of the approved budget and ensuring zero major omissions.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 56 Architects, ensuring effective task allocation, workload management, productivity, performance reviews, and team retention.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Concept, Procurement, Projects, Execution, IT, and AV teams to ensure timely information sharing and resolution of technical queries within 2448 hours.

- Site &

- Quality Management: Conduct a minimum of 2 site visits per month, undertake quality audits, and ensure timely closure of site-related issues and RFIs.

- Shop Drawing &

- Technical Approvals: Ensure shop drawings are reviewed/approved within 2448 hours, with change requests maintained at 5%.

- Tender &

- Pre-construction:



Coordinate with the Concept Team to reduce technical timelines and issue tender documents within 3–4 working days for projects up to 25,000 sq. ft.

- Quality &

- Compliance: Maintain 95%+ accuracy in BOQs and drawings while ensuring compliance with TDS, lux, fire, and other applicable standards.

- Innovation &

- Cost Optimization: Introduce 1–2 recent materials/alternatives annually and implement cost-saving processes, optimized materials, and standard sizes to reduce wastage.

- Vendor &

- Stakeholder Management: Conduct workshops with 2–3 vendors to evaluate new materials and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders including clients, vendors, OEMs, consultants, and suppliers.

- Process Improvement: Optimize the GFC preparation methodology to improve efficiency, reduce drawing volumes, minimize rework, and maintain a rework cycle of less than day.
