Role overview The Sr. Manager – CSRE Delivery leads the Cloud Site Reliability Engineering practice for the Coimbatore delivery centre. This leader will own service reliability, drive AI-led operational excellence, and manage a high-performing SRE team delivering outcomes for global clients.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of SRE/CSRE engineers at the Coimbatore delivery centre, ensuring adherence to SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Drive AI-augmented SRE practices — integrate GenAI/ML tooling into incident management, toil reduction, and capacity planning.
- Own service reliability roadmap in partnership with client stakeholders and internal delivery leadership.
- Architect and review observability stacks (Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Datadog, or equivalent) ensuring full-stack visibility.
- Lead post-incident reviews (PIRs), enforce blameless culture, and drive root cause resolution.
- Collaborate with Platform, DevOps, and Security teams to embed reliability principles across SDLC.
- Define and track KPIs for reliability, performance,



and operational efficiency.
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement from a delivery assurance perspective.
- Act as escalation point for P1/P0 incidents — own war-room communication with clients.

Required skills & Experience

- 12+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles with at least 3 years in a people leadership position.
- Hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS — GCP Professional certifications preferred.
- Mandatory — familiarity with LLM-based automation, AIOps platforms (e.g. BigPanda, Moogsoft), or building AI-assisted runbooks.: AI/ML experience
- Strong scripting proficiency: Python, Bash, Go, or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in IaC tools — Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
- Experience with container orchestration: Kubernetes (GKE/EKS preferred).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tooling: Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical risk into business impact.

Good to have

- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud delivery environments.
- ITIL v4 certification or equivalent service management framework knowledge.
- Prior managed services experience ( MSP).
