- BRS closure within month-end and maintain unidentified credits below 0.01% of overall collections through effective reconciliation and exception management.
- Manage end-to-end dealer commission workings and payouts, ensuring 100% adherence to defined TATs.
- Oversee agency commission calculations and payouts with 100% accuracy and timely processing as per agreed timelines.
- Ensure 100% timely generation of dealer buydown invoices and support smooth settlement processes.
- Lead and support implementation of key automation and transformation initiatives, including UNCIA, DICE, Auto Edge BOT, Salesforce Automation, and Dealer Commission/BRS automation.
- Coordinate Internal, Statutory, IFC, and RBI audits, provide management responses, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Develop and automate MIS, dashboards, and process trackers through Tableau to improve reporting, operational visibility, and decision-making.
