Mandatory Skills

- Design and develop scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot, Spring MVC/WebFlux.

- Develop REST APIs and integrate enterprise systems.

- Strong experience with Kafka and database technologies such as DB2, SQL, and Oracle.

- Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.

- Positive understanding of system integration and web services.

- WebMethods experience is highly preferred.

- Logistics domain experience is an advantage.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred: JavaScript/Angular, Python, WebMethods, Logistics Domain.
