Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and end-user systems.

- Configure and support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewall security.

- Administer Active Directory, Windows Servers, VPNs, antivirus policies, and access controls.

- Manage CCTV, NVR, NAS storage, data backup, and disaster recovery processes.

- Provide technical troubleshooting and desktop support for hardware, software, and business applications.

- Monitor network performance, system security, and ensure minimal downtime.

- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and support services.

- Maintain IT assets, user accounts, permissions, and system documentation.
