Role Description The Senior Information Technology Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for leading and delivering IT projects that support and enhance immigration consulting operations, including case management systems, workflow automation, and digital client interfaces.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, preparing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing resources, timelines, and budgets. The Senior IT Project Manager will track project progress, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.



The role also involves communicating project updates to stakeholders, collaborating with vendors, driving process improvements, and supporting change management and user training for new technology solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong project planning and program management skills, with experience leading end-to-end IT initiatives.
- Solid background in information technology, including familiarity with enterprise software, integrations, and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions that support project and business goals.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, preferably in professional services or consulting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of CRM or case management systems and an understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliance is beneficial.
