As we grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager who can take complete ownership of our people function and help us build a high-performance, accountable and positive work culture.

About the RoleThis is not a purely administrative HR position.

We're looking for someone who can independently manage the entire employee lifecycle while acting as a strong bridge between employees, managers and leadership.

You will be responsible for creating structure, improving communication, resolving employee concerns, strengthening managers, managing performance and ensuring that problems are identified and addressed before they escalate.

You should be comfortable working directly with the Founder and leadership team and confident enough to give honest feedback when something needs to change.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding
- Build and maintain HR policies, SOPs and employee processes
- Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, employee records and HR documentation
- Design and manage performance reviews, KPIs, feedback systems, PIPs and improvement plans




- Conduct regular employee 1-on-1s and identify recurring concerns or workplace issues
- Handle employee grievances professionally, confidentially and objectively
- Resolve conflicts between employees, managers and teams before they escalate
- Coach Team Leads and managers on communication, feedback and people management
- Build clear escalation and grievance-resolution processes
- Improve employee engagement, communication and overall workplace culture
- Identify high performers, underperformers and potential retention risks
- Manage promotions, increments, warnings, disciplinary processes and exits
- Conduct structured onboarding and exit interviews
- Organize employee engagement activities and team initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment policies and requirements
- Provide leadership with regular insights into employee sentiment, performance and organizational issues
- Build HR systems that can support the company as the team continues to grow

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup, agency, e-commerce, technology or other fast-growing organization
- Previous experience independently managing an HR function or team
- Strong experience in employee relations and conflict resolution




- Strong understanding of performance management and KPI-driven organizations
- Experience handling difficult conversations, grievances and disciplinary situations
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition capabilities
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- Ability to remain neutral and objective during employee conflicts
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
- Solid judgment, discretion and confidentiality
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and challenging decisions respectfully when necessary
