About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our Surat team and take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, organized, and comfortable working closely with employees, managers, and the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding .

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, policies, documentation, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations and support managers with people-related matters.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HRMS platforms such as Keka , including attendance, leave, employee data, and related HR processes.

- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary changes, reimbursements, attendance, and leave records.
- Have a basic understanding of payroll and accounting , including salary calculations, TDS, PF, ESIC, and related processes.

- Be comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for HR reporting and data management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and company information professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field .

- Previous experience in a technology, eCommerce, digital agency, or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
