About the Role

IT By Design is looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager - HRBP to lead and drive the people agenda for our Noida office. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR skilled who can seamlessly partner with leadership, champion employee engagement, leverage HR analytics, and ensure strong HR operations and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and employees.

✅ Drive HR policies, processes, and governance across the employee lifecycle.

✅ Own and manage key HR metrics, including:

- eSAT
- eNPS
- Attrition Analysis
- Top Performer Metrics

✅ Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and escalations. ✅ Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.

✅ Drive culture-building initiatives and change management programs.

✅ Partner with HR Operations to ensure payroll, audits, documentation, and compliance accuracy.

✅ Champion HR technology adoption and HRIS-driven workflows.

✅ Ensure labor law compliance and maintain audit readiness.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications





✔ Master's Degree in HR, Behavioral Science, or related field.

✔ 8-10 years of HR experience in Technology/IT organizations, preferably with 1,000+ employees.

✔ Prior team management experience.

✔ Strong expertise in:

- HR Analytics
- Employee Engagement
- Retention Strategy
- Performance Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Labor Law Compliance
- HR Policy Design & Governance

✔ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. ✔ Experience working with HRIS platforms, dashboards, and digital HR initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

➕ SHRM or equivalent HR certification.

➕ Experience with PeopleStrong or similar HRIS platforms.

➕ Exposure to global or matrix organizations.

➕ Knowledge of Power BI and advanced HR analytics.
