Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, policy development, and strategic workforce planning for Krishna’s Herbal & Ayurveda. This full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur includes managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives across manufacturing, corporate, and field teams.

The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, compensation and benefits structures,



and learning and development programs aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Human Resources

Manager will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, compliance with labor laws, and HR data reporting to leadership. Collaboration with senior management to support organizational culture, change management, and talent retention will be a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR domains such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and advantages, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR policy design, HR process optimization, and compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to design and implement training, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
- Skill in HR analytics, HRIS tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR for manufacturing or FMCG/healthcare sectors is highly beneficial.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur and partner closely with operations, quality, and commercial teams.
