Handle bulk and specialized hiring across departments. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. Coordinate interviews with department heads and management. Maintain candidate database, recruitment MIS, and hiring trackers. Negotiate offers and ensure smooth joining & onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Support employer branding and recruitment strategies. RequirementsGraduate/MBA/PG in HR or relevant field. 3–6 years of experience in recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Positive knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals. Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring targets. Manufacturing/industrial recruitment experience will be an advantage.
