YourCode is partnering with a global digital engineering organisation to recruit an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations and people strategy across a growing, internationally distributed workforce.

This is a senior, strategic HR leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys combining hands-on HR operations with people strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition and organisational development.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll work closely with senior leadership and managers while supporting employees across India, the UK, US, Canada and Australia.

The business operates within the digital engineering and technology sector, so we're particularly interested in HR leaders who have worked within technology, software, IT services, web development, digital agencies or similarly fast-moving professional environments.

The Role

As Senior HR Manager, you'll take ownership of key areas across HR, People Operations and Talent, helping the organisation continue to build a high-performing, people-first culture as it grows internationally.

Your responsibilities will include

- Lead HR operations and people strategy across a globally distributed workforce
- Partner directly with the CEO, senior leadership and managers on people-related strategy and decision-making
- Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks and operational guidelines
- Support managers with employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, grievances and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Lead performance management, goal setting and employee development initiatives
- Advise leadership on compensation structures, salary bands and people-related policies
- Lead and oversee recruitment and talent acquisition activities




- Review hiring requirements, recruitment plans and employment offers
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and headcount requirements
- Ensure hiring and staffing decisions support wider business growth objectives
- Oversee employee offboarding and termination processes while ensuring appropriate HR and legal compliance
- Coach managers and senior leaders on people management and difficult employee situations
- Drive employee engagement and organisational development initiatives
- Build and maintain a positive, inclusive and high-performing remote culture
- Improve HR processes, frameworks and systems to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Coordinate HR activities across multiple countries, cultures and time zones

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of professional HR / Human Resources experience
- Significant experience in a Senior HR Manager, HR Operations Manager, People Operations Manager, HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership position
- Strong experience across HR operations and people strategy
- Excellent knowledge of employee relations and performance management
- Experience managing disciplinary matters, grievances, conflict resolution and PIPs
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Experience with workforce planning and organisational development
- Proven ability to coach and advise managers, executives and senior leadership teams
- Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident handling sensitive,



complex and confidential employee matters
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required
- Experience supporting remote, distributed or international workforces is highly desirable
- Previous experience within technology, software, IT services, digital agencies, web development or similar environments is highly desirable
- Excellent written and spoken English
