About the Role

Excellis IT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong hands-on experience in BPO recruitment and hiring .

The ideal candidate should understand the fast-paced nature of BPO hiring and be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO processes , including voice and non-voice roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, consultants, social media, and other recruitment channels .
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, process requirements, shift flexibility, and overall suitability.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements within defined timelines.
- Coordinate interviews with Operations and other department heads.
- Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming BPO requirements.
- Work closely with Operations to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing, interview conversion, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring turnaround time.
- Support employee engagement, attendance,



documentation, HR operations, and other HR activities when required.
- Maintain recruitment databases and ensure proper candidate and employee records.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience , with significant experience specifically in BPO hiring .
- Strong understanding of BPO recruitment, bulk hiring, and volume hiring .
- Experience hiring for International and/or Domestic BPO processes will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of various candidate sourcing channels and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with hiring targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- Candidates with prior experience in an IT/ITES or BPO organization will be preferred.
