Job Title: Senior HR Executive – HR Operations & Employee Experience Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Reporting To: Lead HR

Budget: 10-11 LPA

About the Role

Looking for a people-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage HR Operations while actively contributing to a positive, engaging and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits.





Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, handling HR queries, concerns and grievances.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a strong people-first culture.

Manage attendance, leave, HR documentation and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS/HRMS data.

Support implementation of HR policies, processes and compliance requirements.

Prepare HR MIS, reports and trackers for management.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and overall employee experience.

Work closely with the Lead HR on employee-centric HR initiatives and projects.

What We’re Looking For

4-8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with people.

High emotional intelligence, empathy and a genuine interest in employee experience.

Good understanding of HR processes, policies and employee lifecycle management.

Comfortable handling sensitive employee matters with maturity and confidentiality.

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

HRMS/HRIS and Excel/Google Sheets experience preferred.

Experience in a fast-paced, media, technology or startup workplace is a plus.
