Senior Graphic Designer
What You'll Do
- Create and adapt artworks for POSM displays, packaging, danglers, wobblers, shelf strips, and other branding materials
- Design FSUs, CTUs, dump bins, shelf displays, and parasites
- Convert client briefs into innovative, retail-ready concepts
- Develop dyelines/key-line drawings and structural layouts that are foldable, cost-efficient, and production-ready
- Adapt brand creatives into impactful retail displays
- Work closely with production to ensure smooth sampling and execution
- Solve real-world challenges around cost, stability, assembly, and timelines
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Good understanding of print production, packaging artwork, and POSM design
- Solid sense of layout, typography, colour balance, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with structural design, dyelines/key-line drawings, and materials like PP corrugated (Sunpack) and corrugated board
- Ability to design for manufacturing — CNC cutting, flat packing, assembly
- Balances creativity with practicality; comfortable managing multiple assignments
