Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Jaipur Department: Marketing / Brand Experience: 6–8 Years Industry Preference: FMCG / Ayurveda / Wellness / Consumer Brands About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design function and elevate our brand across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in brand identity, packaging design, and digital creatives, with a deep understanding of consumer branding in the FMCG / Ayurveda & Wellness space. You will be responsible for shaping the visual language of the brand, leading the design team, and ensuring all creative outputs are impactful, consistent, and aligned with brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities ● Lead and manage the in-house design team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all creative assets ● Own the brand visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms (packaging, digital, print, offline) ● Design and oversee packaging creatives for new product launches and existing SKUs ● Create impactful creatives for: ○ Social media ○ Website & landing pages ○ Performance ads ○ E-commerce listings ○ POS & in-store branding ● Collaborate closely with marketing, product,



and content teams to translate brand strategy into solid visual communication ● Develop design guidelines, templates, and systems to streamline workflows ● Review and approve final creatives before release ● Stay updated with design trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor branding in the FMCG / wellness space Required Skills & Expertise ● Strong expertise in Brand Identity Design & Visual Storytelling ● Proven experience in Packaging Design (FMCG / Wellness preferred) ● High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) ● Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition ● Experience in creating digital-first creatives (Meta ads, website banners, etc.) ● Ability to lead, mentor, and manage designers ● Excellent attention to detail and quality control ● Strong communication and presentation skills Qualifications ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field ● 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, Ayurveda, Wellness, or Consumer Brands

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
