Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role at ButterWorks is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The person in this role will lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design across digital and print mediums, including brand campaigns, marketing collateral, social media assets, and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating graphics and layouts, refining visual identities, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Designer will collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, account managers, and other designers,



while mentoring junior team members and contributing to creative reviews. The role also involves presenting design ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively, and staying current with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the development and evolution of brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and its application in layout, hierarchy, and visual communication.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and mentor junior designers in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working in agencies or brand-focused creative teams is preferred.
