About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for our client , a fast-moving, AI-native SaaS company building a multi-tenant platform for the data-center and enterprise technology domain.

This is a high-ownership engineering role within a small team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning features end-to-end — from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

The company follows an AI-assisted development approach , using tools such as Claude Code and other modern AI coding assistants to accelerate development and expects engineers to incorporate these tools effectively into their daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Own features end-to-end from requirements and architecture through production deployment.
- Build scalable and production-grade applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS and/or Express.js .
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and backend services .
- Work with PostgreSQL/SQL , including database design, optimization, and complex queries.
- Develop and maintain multi-tenant SaaS architectures .
- Implement and work with row-level security and tenant-level data isolation .
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain applications in AWS environments .
- Work with AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS , and related infrastructure.
- Make architecture and technical decisions in a fast-moving product environment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability and performance.
- Work closely with North American engineering/product teams with significant overlap during EST hours .
- Use Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor,



or similar AI-assisted development tools as part of the development workflow.
- Contribute to CI/CD, observability, infrastructure, and production operations where required.
- Work independently and take ownership in an environment without a dedicated DevOps engineer.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with React and Node.js .
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise.
- Strong experience with Next.js .
- Experience with NestJS and/or Express.js .
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture .
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL .
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade SaaS applications .
- Experience with AWS , preferably EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, and related services.
- Understanding of multi-tenant architecture and data isolation .
- Experience with row-level security or similar tenant-level access-control mechanisms.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make technical and architectural decisions independently.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving product/startup environment .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with significant overlap with North American / EST working hours .
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding/development tools , particularly Claude Code or similar tools.

Nice to Have

- Docker and containerized application development.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Kubernetes / EKS experience.
- Observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Datadog , or similar.
- Experience working on enterprise or data-center related products.
- Experience with AI-native development workflows.
- Experience optimizing application performance and AWS infrastructure costs.
